How do I work out my nail sizes?
Please go to the sizing page, as you'll find instructions on how to measure your nail sizes there.
What do I do if none of the standard nail sizes (XS, S, M, L or XL) fit my nails?
If this is the case, select the "custom" size option and in the instruction box at checkout enter your sizes as followed - Left Hand: Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky; Right Hand: Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky. For example -
- LH: 2, 5, 4, 6, 8; RH: 2, 5.5, 4.5, 6, 8 OR
- LH: 15.5 mm, 13.5 mm, 14.5 mm, 12.5 mm, 10.5 mm; RH: 15.5 mm, 13 mm, 14 mm, 12.5 mm, 10.5 mm

How many nails come in a set?
10 nails come in a set, so make sure to measure your nail sizes carefully and multiple times, so you get the most accurate fit.
What comes in the package?
Your nails will come in a box containing the following items:
- 10 hand painted press-on nails
- 1 instruction card for application and removal
- 1 nail glue
- 1 mini nail file
- 1 mini nail buffer
- 1 wooden cuticle stick
- 1 alcohol wipe
How long do the nails stay on?
With care, press-ons can stay on for up to 7 days. Things to do to lengthen the time they stay on are to:
- avoid water exposure for a minimum of 2 hours after applying the nails
- use gloves when washing up
- don't use the nails as tools, i.e. use them to open up cans of drink
You can always carry nail glue around with you as to easily reapply the press-on if a nail unexpectedly comes off.
How do I apply and remove my nails?

Are the nails reusable?
Yes, if you take care of your nails whilst wearing and removing them, and when storing them after use, the press-ons can be used multiple times.
To reuse the nails, you should gently buff the back of the press-on to remove any remaining nail glue, and then you can reapply as usual.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
No, due to sanitary reasons, I cannot accept returns or refunds. So, make sure to be as accurate as possible when sizing your nails.
Please remember that there might be slight variations on sets as they're handmade, but if when your nails arrive you think something is damaged or defective, please send me an email ASAP at ella.bermingham.nails@gmail.com, or send me a message from the contact page and we can try to sort out the problem.
How long does it take to create and ship my order?
All sets are made for order, so please allow 3-4 weeks for creating and shipping. Thank you for your patience <3.
How much does shipping cost?
I live in France, so orders going out to France will cost €5, and orders to the rest of the EU will cost €15.
Orders going outside of the EU are currently only available for the USA (€35) and the UK (€19), but might change in the future :)
