Information About the EU Withdrawal Button

In accordance with French and EU consumer protection law, customers normally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, allowing them to return products without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to all products.

My press-on nail sets are made to order and created according to the specifications chosen by each customer (including size, design, and style). As a result, these products are considered personalised items under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

This means that the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.

I provide a Withdrawal Button to allow customers to easily submit requests in line with EU requirements.

If you submit a withdrawal request:

• I will review your order details
• If your product is eligible under applicable law, I will process the request
• If your product is custom-made and production has started, the request will be rejected in accordance with the legal exemption for personalised goods

This withdrawal policy does not affect your legal rights if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact me within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
